Whether you’re an experienced homeopathic professional or a relatively new home user, you most likely have some success stories, interesting cases, or unique observations to share. We are looking for articles about homeopathy to be included in a future issue of Homeopathy Today, the most widely-read homeopathy magazine in the US.
Send us your personal success stories, articles, cases, letters, book reviews, clinical observations, news items, interviews or other content our readers would enjoy.

Why is NCH membership important?

We are living in a time of costly and sometimes unnecessary medical procedures, while being prescribed high cost, sometimes ineffective and dangerous drugs. It is imperative that people are offered a viable, healthy, and effective modality. Many in this country do not even know what homeopathy is. We, as a homeopathic community, need to come together and educate the public about homeopathy’s holistic effectiveness, safety, and affordability.

Teeth Grinding in Sleep
Bruxism is a sleep disorder characterized by grinding and biting teeth with multifactorial etiology, resulting in deleterious effects on teeth, periodontium, and the temporomandibular joint. The present case report was drafted under the rules of CARE checklist. An 8-year-old male patient with sleep bruxism and associated symptoms received a combined homeopathic therapy of Phytolacca decandra 12c and Melissa officinalis 12c for 2 months. After this period of combined homeopathic therapy, the bruxism and associated symptoms completely disappeared. After 2 years of clinical follow-ups, the patient had no recurrences. The use of homeopathic therapy was successful and should be seen as an alternative to treat sleep bruxism and its associated symptoms in children.

Dental Work
Thirty-two patients starting monotherapy with PD (Pulpa Dentis) for acute reversible pulpitis without visible or radiological abnormalities. PD was applied as 1-mL submucous injections into the mucobuccal fold, repeated daily as needed. Median pain duration was 14.0 days. The patients received a median of two PD applications (range 1-7). A total of 81% (n=26/32) of patients did not require invasive dental treatment.
